2. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).

3. Visiting the website

When you visit the site, technical data transmitted by your browser is processed: IP address, date and time, the address requested, referrer, browser type and operating system.

The purpose is delivering the page and detecting and preventing abuse. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Cookies

This website sets no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. There is therefore no consent banner.

The only cookie set is a technically necessary one ("kb24_session") for signing in to your account. It is httpOnly and SameSite=Lax and expires after seven days. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

In addition, an unfinished request form is stored locally in your browser so that an accidental reload does not discard your input. This data does not leave your device.

5. Requests submitted through the quote form

When you submit a request we process your contact details (name, email address, company, and optionally phone number and country), the technical details of the request, and the files you upload.

The purpose is processing your request and preparing our quote. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

6. Engaging manufacturing subcontractors

To fulfil your order we engage specialised manufacturing businesses (subcontractors) in our own name to carry out the manufacturing. They receive from us the technical specification of your request needed for manufacturing, including the files you uploaded.

We pass your contact details to a subcontractor only where necessary to carry out your order, for example for delivery directly to you. Your contracting party remains kabelbaum24 in every case; the subcontractor does not become a party to your order.

Please note that uploaded drawings may themselves contain personal data, for example names in the title block. This is transmitted with the file.

7. Customer account

For an account we process your name, email address, company and a password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; it is never readable to us in plain text.

8. Fonts

The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.
